Elena Fisher

Ever since Elena Fisher discovered the joy of yoga she has been passionate about sharing it with others. She earned her 200-hour certification with Yoga Alliance in 2009, and is currently completing the program to become RYT 500.
Elena continually expands and deepens her understanding of the yoga practice. Elena has been fortunate to have trained with great yoga teachers, such as Paul Grilley, Bryan Kest, Rusty Wells, and Bikram Choudhury. In 2012 she became a certified Yoga Tune Up instructor, after completing training with the highly renowned Jill Miller. Currently, she is going through a personal training certification process to improve her knowledge of human anatomy. Also, Elena was one of the pioneers implementing Gabriella Walter’s Inferno Hot Palates style to Silicon Valley.

Recently Elena has studied the healing effects of aromatherapy with essential oils, and has become a doTERRA advocate.

Elena’s wide variety of yoga styles range from high intensity classes such as Inferno Hot Pilates and Power Flow, to more relaxing styles such as Vinyasa, Gentle, and Yin.

She truly believes that yoga is a “practice,” and that we all continue to improve our practice with each class we take. She loves working with students who are new to yoga, especially those who are a bit hesitant in the beginning. Her classes are a combination of movement, music, and fun with focus on breath. One of her major goals is to de-mystify the practice, so that everyone can leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and a little more flexible.

Elena is also available for private sessions.

She currently lives in Los Gatos, enjoying many of the wonderful California outdoor activities, such as running, cycling, swimming, hiking, and fishing.

She also loves spending time with her family, including her two Pugs. Elena also designs her own line of handmade clothing.
