Manisha took to yoga in 2008 after she realized the healing properties of this ancient art form. Ever since it has been a physical as well as mental retreat amidst the tough demands of her engineering profession. She finds that yoga is both challenging and relaxing and provides a complete workout without adversely affecting the body. She firmly believes that having a strong base is important in any yoga practice and therefore focuses on breaking down poses and perfecting techniques. In her classes expect to feel the benefits of holding the poses for longer periods and experience an overall kick-butt workout.
