May

May has always been active and physical from a young childhood. Finding traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga in 2005, quickly sparked her curiosity and interest in the multiple aspects of yoga. After moving to the Bay Area, she begun to explore Hatha, Iyengar & Bikram yoga, as well as Restorative and Yin. Soon after, May received her 200 hr certification. Currently May uses yoga to support her love of hiking, biking and playing with nieces and nephews. In her classes, May hopes to challenge practitioners, while encouraging them to be mindful and present in a supportive space. May leads public and corporate group classes. She is also available for further instruction one on one for beginners and advanced practitioners. Yoga has changed May’s life, and she is excited about sharing it with others.
