Virginia Mohammed
Virginia has been practicing yoga since 2010. She graduated from Worlds Yoga’s Teacher Training program in December 2015. She is a registered 200 hr yoga alliance teacher. After the loss of her mother, Virginia reconnected with her health and discovered the power of yoga. She embraced the physical, mental, and spiritual change through practice.
Virginia teaches a Vinyasa/Power yoga class that makes your mind, body, and soul feel re-energized and refreshed. With a continuous flow that makes you sweat and your muscles feel strong, her yoga class will rejuvenate you. After her class you’ll feel ready to take everything that life throws at you.
